EXPERIENCE

Mr. Jones joined Holland & Hart in 2006.  Previously, Mr. Jones was a partner at Snell & Wilmer.  Mr. Jones's practice concentrates in oil and gas, mining, geothermal, banking and commercial finance, real estate, and other real property focused transactions. 

Mr. Jones has represented oil and gas and mining clients with respect to various transactional matters, title opinions, administrative proceedings, finance transactions and matters involving Indian Tribes and Tribal lands. Mr. Jones has represented geothermal development clients in various capacities, including title due diligence and title opinions, lease and surface access documentation, joint ventures, federal geothermal units, project financing and related transactions.  Mr. Jones has also represented national bank clients and other lenders in connection with real estate and commercial loans, natural resources financings, bond financings, and loan work-outs.

Mr. Jones is admitted to practice law in Utah, Wyoming and North Dakota.
